We are looking for a talented mobile product expert to help our merchant customers deploy best-in-class mobile commerce applications. If you enjoy building new products and are equal parts business AND tech savvy, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Have ownership of the mobile product with the ability to drive recommendations with customers and lead the internal team to create the best user flows and experience possible.
  • Lead efforts to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and drive product development lifecycle through to completion.
  • Write specifications, prioritize features and coordinate with engineering team to deliver to project timelines.
  • Have solid understanding of our platform features and business rules to inform customer app design.
  • Enhance apps with continual improvements, incorporating new features & functionality to keep company positioned as a leader in space.
  • Have an obsessive compulsion to learn about the best in class mobile apps across different industries with an eye toward driving our mobile product to new and better places.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience building and deploying mobile applications, especially involving commerce. Thorough knowledge of both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Mixture of product vision with the ability to get down into detailed functional specs & requirements.
  • Expertise in creating user flows that optimize the end user experience.
  • Experience launching high quality product in tight timeframes.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: payments, stored-value solutions, CRM, order-ahead or loyalty.
  • Technical skills with proven ability working with engineering teams.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile deployments.
  • In-depth experience writing requirements, use cases, PRDs and other documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines, both internal and external.
